You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bruccomputers.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us at Customer Service and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
Bruccomputers.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
- Any items that are returned more than 7 days after purchase
- Computer laptops and desktops
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Video Games (unless damaged)
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Any memory for desktops, laptops, or servers
- Any processor for desktops, laptops, or servers
- Items purchased from sellers other than Bruccomputers.com
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and proof of purchase:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any opened products that can be returned for credit
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact Customer Service to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact Customer Service (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item, as long as it follows the guidelines above) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
